HR Role: Enable support for uploading the media

By default, extended permissions are not allowed for the HR role. We have done this to prevent security issues with custom roles. If you want the user with HR role to have permission to upload media, then it is possible with role management plugins. For example, the Members plugin. After installing and activating the plugin, go to Members > Roles > HR, and under Media, grant Upload Files capability. Then save the changes. That's it.
