Error in submitting application

If you are getting an 'Error in submitting your application' message when submitting an application, it's probably because of the file uploading restriction imposed by the hosting company.

This issue is due to the security configurations in GoDaddy Hosting.GoDaddy restricts the uploading of DOCX files and also specific PDF files due to security issues. You can also confirm this by uploading a DOCX file from Media Library.

  • One way to solve this server-side issue is to only allow resumes with doc/pdf extension. You can disable uploading of DOCX files from Job Openings > Form > General > Supported upload file types.
